Stavros Karageorgiou, Chief Executive Officer
Stavros Karageorgiou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both the business and legal aspects of the construction and real estate industries. With over 15 years of managing construction businesses and a decade of practicing law, Stavros brings a balanced and analytical approach to his work. As a Certified Construction Manager and Licensed Master Electrician, he combines technical expertise with legal acumen.
Stavros earned his Juris Doctor from Fordham School of Law, attending evening classes while overseeing construction and electrical businesses. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from NYU Polytechnic.
Before his current role, he was a real estate and construction attorney at a leading national law firm, where he honed his skills in navigating complex legal landscapes. His diverse background equips him with the unique ability to effectively bridge the gap between business leadership and risk management.
Prakash Chandak, Chief Investment Officer
Prakash Chandak is a seasoned finance professional with 25 years of Wall Street experience and expertise across cash, derivatives and structured finance from investing, trading, pricing & valuations, risk management/ hedging, and funding. He started his career at Barclays Capital, New York and after a couple of years, joined Goldman Sachs, New York, and ended up spending a little over a couple of decades there.
He Chairs the Wharton Club of New York’s Sustainable Finance Network and conducts training sessions on financial products, markets, risk and valuations and guest lectures at various American universities. He holds a BS in Economics/ Finance from the University of Delhi’s prestigious SRCC school and an MBA in Finance & Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton Business School.
He holds Series 7 and Series 66 FINRA licenses, and he also holds a mathematical modeling certificate from Penn State University and is a Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Energy Risk Professional (ERP) Charter holder and a CFA L2 candidate.

Tom Hayes serves as Head of the Middle East at Blue Cedar Partners, where he leads strategic initiatives in private equity, real estate, and private credit across the region. With over a decade of experience in wealth and investment management, Tom has held senior roles with Infinity, Plurimi, and Barclays Private Bank, where he advised ultra-high-net-worth clients and built tailored investment solutions across Europe and the Middle East. His expertise spans business development, regulatory strategy, and cross-border capital advisory, with a focus on building strong relationships with institutions and family offices. Based in Dubai, Tom leverages his deep market knowledge and global network to drive Blue Cedar’s expansion and partnerships throughout the GCC and beyond.

Vashali Shroff
Vashali Shroff is a seasoned investment advisor and venture capital strategist with a unique multidisciplinary perspective of both the public and private markets. She has spent 20 years across ten industries globally, including banking, private equity, family offices, and real assets. She specializes in scaling high-growth ventures and structuring cross-border funding in fintech, healthcare, life sciences, deep technologies and sustainable infrastructure. Vashali has successfully raised capital for companies and global fund structures, advising on diversified portfolio allocation, cutting-edge technology, fundraising, growth and exit strategies.
Prior to this, Vashali added value with her roles at Goldman Sachs, Emirates National Bank of Dubai and Santander, winning awards for managing multi-asset portfolios and delivering strong revenue and operational growth through various value creation strategies. Educated at City St Georges, Bayes Business School and Regents University, she is also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. Vashali frequently contributes to industry thought leadership, advising companies and speaking at major global forums including the UK Houses of Parliament.
Vashali is known for her 360-degree data-driven insights and collaborative leadership style, proprietary innovation modelling, creative technology application and value creation, rigorous due diligence, discrete strategic advisory and relationship management. She holds executive certifications in Private Equity, Asset Valuation & Venture Capital, Strategic Management and Global Innovations from University of Oxford, Saïd Business School, Harvard Business School and Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley respectively, positioning her at the forefront of technology application and validation, venture capital and innovative investing in dynamic markets.
Manjinder Virk
Manjinder Virk is a dynamic biomedical and computer scientist with a proven track record in building, launching, and scaling technology infrastructures within healthcare and fintech. Currently leading multiple health tech businesses, she has pioneered AI-driven predictive analytics and established one of the UK’s largest sustainable private diagnostics networks. Previously, she held senior roles at Eurofins, DHSC Mega Lab, Think Biomed Ltd, and King’s College Hospital London, where she led teams delivering innovative diagnostics, ensuring compliance accreditation, and driving operational excellence.
A member of the Chartered Management Institute, Institute of Biomedical Science, and Health and Care Professions Council, she is skilled in digital strategy, project management, financial modelling, and regulatory compliance, excelling in cross-functional leadership, stakeholder engagement, and commercial growth in complex, regulated environments. Recognized as the 2024 Asian Woman of the Year (AWA) Science Award recipient, Manjinder holds a Specialist Diploma in Virology and multiple certifications spanning management accounting, employment law, bioinformatics, and AI interfacing for clinical design. With technical proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL, coupled with deep expertise in compliance and project delivery, she is well positioned to drive transformational growth at the intersection of biomedical science and technology innovation.
